Release Coat® 40
One component, water based release coating.
Release Coat® 40 is an easy-to-use one component silicone emulsion coating that provides superior release for a variety of "sticky" products such as hot asphalt. Because it is a one component release system, it eliminates mixing and leftover material disposal. This product is neither hot melt nor cold set gluable.
Release Coat® 40 may be blade or rod applied at the wet or dry end of the corrugator.
