Water, oil and moisture resistant product for paper
VaporCoat® 1500 is a coating which provides excellent water, oil and grease resistance along with excellent MVTR properties.
VaporCoat® 1500 may be applied by either a rod or blade. When applied on 42 lb. (200 gsm) kraft paper using a 10 rod, this product typically demonstrates 15 minute Cobb values of <3 gsm, 3M oil resistance of 11 and MVTR values of <4 g/100 in. sq./24 hr. at 38 deg. C/90% R.H.
