Choosing the Right DigiPrime® Product

DigiPrime® 1000 is effective on uncoated, matte, semi-gloss, gloss, and cast-coated paper.  It has a high viscosity and more than 34% solids.

DigiPrime® 2000 is more ‘press ready’ than 1000, and effective on the same substrates.

DigiPrime® 4431 is the most versatile product. It is effective on uncoated, matte, semi-gloss, gloss, and cast-coated paper, as well as a wide range of plastic films and is FDA 175.180 approved and is the best choice for flexo/gravure coating systems.

DigiPrime® 4450 is a harder version of DigiPrime® 4431 having improved blocking resistance and temperature resistance. It is effective on uncoated, matte, semi-gloss, gloss, and cast-coated paper, as well as a wide range of plastic films and is especially useful where two sided printing is required.

DigiPrime® 5000 is designed for screen printing applications and can also be applied via flexo and other methods.  This product adheres well to many synthetics including soft vinyl.
