Micryl™ waterbased coatings offer water- and grease-resistance with exceptional flexo runnability. They are applied over ink as protective, rub-resistant finishes, and also used as low-cost, heat-resistant overprints for porous substrates.

Micryl™ 766R: Micryl 766R is a water and grease resistance coating that can also function as a low cost, heat resistant gloss overprint. In such applications, Micryl 766R can be applied to paper (non-clay coated), film or foil, either over or under glycol or wax-free inks. This product is gluable with cold set and hot melt glues.
Micryl™ 783: Micryl 783 is an excellent choice when a water and grease resistant coating is required and in-line coating is not possible. It imparts useful levels of gloss and ink protection. This product is gluable with both hot melt and cold set glues.
