We were first asked to improve the performance of the film coating; later, Michelman was called in to enhance the coating’s stability. With a thorough understanding of the customers’ proprietary polymer, their manufacturing process, and the functional additives needed for the properties required, it took us just two months in all to perfect a complete solution.
